I wanted to come up with a concept of uber and instacart meet healthcare gig work. I was working as an Xray Tech for 10 years in an urgent care, I felt stuck. I knew I wanted more and wanted to create the ease and flexibility of being able to jump from clinic to clinic without having to quit one company and apply to the next. I created this concept to allow a work life balance every American deserves.

Through out my 10 years working for an urgent care, I noticed the need for a pool of medical workers to pick from if a staff member calls out of work, has an unexpected family emergency, or life just starts getting too hectic and you need to take a day off and call out of work. This left the company a medical professional short and to be able to fill that spot, it was more of a hassle and a headache. If the position was not filled, it created a double workload for the staff working that day. This created fatigue and overworked individuals who were less happy at work.

This concept will save a company time and lots of money. It will also conserve and save the company from having to use valuable resoucres. This will allow for having optimal staffin ratios without the added stress of having a team member call out.

With a company like us, we will be able to fill the staffing gaps for each and every urgent care facility in America. Creating a more cost effective approach in staffing a clinic properly.

This also empower the medical professionals and allows flexible schedule and more control over their owns lives. The stress of having to be overworked is not an issue anymore. The medical professional can make the decision whether he or she wants to work as much or as little as they want. Health care professionals will feel refreshed and be able to find meaningful work.
